The time you book with your physiotherapist is reserved specifically for you. When you book an appointment, you are reserving their time with you and your therapist only gets paid when you attend your appointment. Out of courtesy for your therapist and the number of other patients who may be waiting to see them, our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. If you provide less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a late/missed appointment fee.
